• SQL Server 2005 or 2008 (Express is fine).  You will need to attach the mdf above
• Visual Studio 2008 SP1
• Silverlight Runtime (RTM)
• Latest Silverlight tools for Visual Studio (look at http://silverlight.net/getstarted/)
• WCF Starter Kit for REST (Developer Center and Download Page)
