Quest software has been working on a provider to enable the Visual Studio database tools to work with Oracle databases (refactorying, deployment, testing, analysis, etc). They've just released a public Beta that you can try out with the VS 2010 Beta 2. Read more about it and download the Beta. You can also check out a video demonstration of the capabilities. In it they cover creating a new Oracle database project, importing your schema, managing and altering objects, comparing your changes to the live schema and deploying them back to the database.
Check it out!

Hi Harry,
Looks like we're supporting only VS 2010 Beta 1 only so far...
Thanks,

Hi Brian,
Sorry for mixing your first/last name...
Doh, it looks like you are right. I wonder if it is a typo. The original notification that I got also had a link in it to VS beta 2. I'll look into it.
Looks like the Quest web page may be out of date. We're checking with them on that.
Hi All,
There is a version working with Beta 2 (already tried it), just go to the forum for more info on how to download it.

Yeah, sorry, I never got back to this but I did confirm that a Beta 2 version is available.
