Is there a way to customize 'cumulative flow diagram' and plot 'Work Item Cumulative Story Points' instead of 'Work Item Count' ?

@flipdoubt,

You have TFS2012 Update 1 installed, which is the correct version for this feature. If you go to any team then select the WORK hub, you will see "backlog" in the second nav bar. There will then be a "board" tab where you will see this feature.

If you aren't seeing "backlog", you may not have the correct licensing set up. See this blog for more information blogs.msdn.com/.../license-the-new-tfs-2012-agile-planning-boards.aspx.

I just checked our TFS about page and found we are at version 11.0.51106.1. What version number is required? If we are not there yet, where can I download it?

It is in update 1. You should be able to click on the board tab on the right when the product backlog is selected on the left. If not, make sure you have update 1 installed on the server and send me some screenshots at bharry at microsoft dot com.

Any update as to when this will be made available for TFS 2012 on-prem? I don't believe this was added in Update 1, but if so, please explain how to enable it. The task board appears, but the product backlog board is MIA.

Sam F. We've considered adding an option to make it a hard limit - not everyone wants it to work that way. I'll pass on your feedback. Voting on UserVoice wouldn't be a bad idea.
