@Martin, scratch that. Just got the TFS Integration toolkit to build and have our repositories talking to each other.

@martin - Thanks for that, still reading through the docs though it looks promising. I'll need to figure out to run it in an order such that our branches are maintained too, if possible, as --deep only appears to work on the current branch.

We're actually trying to get to TFS from SVN, we can't afford the Timely Migration tools and the TFS Integration platform lacks support for Subversion. I've tried building the Svn adapter from Alpha too but that has proven difficult. As there are loads of SVN to Git tools and a number of Git to TFS tools this seemed the path of least resistance. As a former TFS Support Engineer (and ALM Ranger ext.) I'm doing my best to fly the flag of DevDiv but it is proving trickier than expected, I fear we will end up staying on Svn at this rate. :(

@Jason - is the "git tf checkin --deep" option what you want? (see gittf.codeplex.com/wikipage)

Nice timing, I'm just trying to migrate from Git to TFS maintaining history. Could I ask if the clone command can work both ways now and push the Git repo with history into TFS please?
