Just a little while ago ASLoadSim was realeased on CodePlex. It "...contains a set of utilities used to generate a query load and test the scalability of Analysis Services server...". Sounds great to me! Included as part of the distro is an whitepaper...

CTP2 was just released, and can be downloaded at Microsoft Connect ( https://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx ). Browsing thru the content, I see 32 and 64-bit versions of the product, sample data, and even training material!
