BizTalk Server 2013 R2 BHM toolBizTalk 2013 R2 ships with a new tool called as “BizTalk Health Monitor”. BHM is freely available for all BizTalk 2013 R2 users. More about BHM tool at BizTalkHealthMonitor
You would notice that your BizTalk hosts fail/crash unexpectedly. You would get below error message in your event log. You would have to restart your BizTalk hosts manually after this.

This happens because whenever you restart your domain controllers, application (BizTalk) cannot authenticate users until the Domain Controller(s) is not responding on the network.

The link talks about stopping the Netlogon service on Domain Controller(s) before you Shut down or Restart your Domain Controller(s). It also talks about how to automate this so that you do not have to do it manually each time you do a reboot/shut down.
