It's seemed like an awful long wait, and I've been expecting this for a couple of months now, but the RTW is finally here.  There are two downloads to choose from:

  • MOSS SDK and ECM Starter Kit – This combines the ECM Starter Kit with the MOSS SDK documentation and samples, and also includes the WSS and Office Forms Server SDK documentation so you only have to download and install one package.
  • Windows SharePoint Services Developer Resources – If you are only interested in WSS platform development, this download provides the WSS SDK documentation and the Workflow Starter Kit.
