Acropolis, as was/is CAB, is a good thing IMO. ALL of the WPF books out so far deal with the nuts and bolts of WPF and such.

What hasnt been as visible is "How do you build a non trivial desktop app with WPF and the other new capabilities of .Net 3.0+". What has changed in how to approach the problem. Do we use the same old ways, or has the technology changed enough to cause/enable us to look at the problem in a new light.

The capabilities of WPF are enormous, and as such, force a rethink of how to design a non-trivial app.

Again, thanks.
