My blog is aimed at helping people help themselves, and to avoid having to open a support incident for the more common problems. I cannot engage deeply with anyone via the blog - but if I get a comment where a quick response should help someone on their way then I will try to do this. I do monitor comments before publishing, but so far it is only spam I have not published. Feel free to respond to others comments if you have the answers before I do. Also I enjoy feedback pointing me in a direction the readers need me to go in - so let me know of any specific topics you need covering.
