Well, it's the last day of the conference. I had a great time in the booth this morning, and I gave two presentations today. The first is called " A day in the Life of the DBA", and in that presentation I promise to get an hour back for you in your DBA day. A tall order indeed!

I had about 60 people in the first briefing, and we had a ton of fun. If you've ever been to one of my presentations, you already know that I expect a lot of audience-interaction. You can't just sit there in my demo - I make you get involved! I'll be blogging about the features I covered in that briefing in the days to come.

During lunch I met with some more technical professionals, and they echoed what I've heard all week. IT workers are asked to do a lot more with the same resources, and they need help. I'm thrilled that the features we have created are useful to helping IT pro's get their work done faster, and getting them back home from the office on time.

The second briefing I had today is on the new Management Data Warehouse (MDW) and the Data Collector. Once again, I'll cover that feature in future blogs.

I've had a great week. I'm exhausted, working all day and late into each night, but it's worth it. I look forward to seeing you all in the next few months as I do more presentations and viist your area.
