I had a ready respond to my post yesterday via e-mail. He asked why I didn't have "Anonymous" comments enabled on the blog, and told me that I would get a lot more responses if I did.
And he is correct - I did have the settings on this blog where anyone could comment, and I got roughly 100-200 spam entries a day on it. So I tried the setting where anonymous is enabled, but I had to approve. So now I had 100-200 spam entries each day to mark and disapprove! Obviously, that took way too much time, so I use the setting I have now. It seems a few bad apples spoil it for the rest of us.
So just how DO you post a reply back to this (or other MSDN) blog? All you have to do is log in to MSDN and you'll get a "post reply" link right in the blog. You can register with MSDN if you don't have an account (free, and you can use your existing Live account if you have one) here: http://blogs.msdn.com/ and then just look for the "login" link at the top of the page.
I was wondering how to comment. It also would help if you added a login link to your blog template.
Now you just need to turn on the full content in feeds option. :)
I second the vote for full content in feeds!!! Please!!!
