In PowerShell 2.0, there's a command to get things to the clipboard. I haven't deployed 2.0 yet, though, since I'm a DBA and naturally paranoid about anything beta on my systems.
So I searched for other ways to do that, and there are a few, but then I found this, available on Win2008/Vista:
DIR | CLIP
Tada! I can now pipe to the clipboard! OK - sometimes the littlest things make me happy....
