I’ll be speaking at two of the “SQL Saturday” Events in the next month. The first is here in my own back-yard, in Redmond, Washington. I’ll be demonstrating the Resource Governor with simple, easy-to-follow examples, and I’ll even show you how to monitor its activity. That one is on the 3rd of October, and you can see the schedule and the website here:

The next one is near my old stomping-grounds, in Orlando, Florida on the 17th. There I’ll not only be showing the Resource Governor demo, but I have a”pre conference” that they are offering all day on Friday where I’ll do an in-depth cover of Performance Tuning. I not only show a few performance tuning tricks and tips, but I show you a proven methodology on how to find out what and where those problems are to begin with. That one is here:

Get registered soon – these events are free, with the exception of the “pre conference”.
