WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 products get into Extended Support from henceforth, as you can read in the following link.

Once a product moves into extended support, several changes take place:
Customer can't ask for CDCR's.
Customer can ask and get Security fixes. However, ever, non-security hotfixes (RFH) will not be offered unless the customer purchase an Extended Hotfix Support Agreement witin next 90 days.
Support also ends for Enterprise Agreement custoemrs-
This support is still available.
