Hello.  I am the ISV Marketing Manager for Microsoft Canada and am thrilled to be writing my first blog to the Canadian ISV Partner community. My goal is to help you build your business through the various training, marketing and sales programs developed specifically for ISV’s. You've bet your business on Microsoft by developing your application on our platform. Our commitment back to you is to provide the best tools and resources to help you develop and enhance your application and to get it out to market quickly.

Admittedly, finding all the programs and navigating through the numerous Microsoft web sites has been an onerous task.  ISV specific information has traditionally resided on the Microsoft Partner Portal, MSDN and with various business and product groups.  I am pleased to announce that we have recently launched a portal to consolidate ISV resources in one place -  www.microsoft.ca/isv

This portal is your central source for all Canadian specific ISV events and offers, our Developer Evangelists blogs as well as all the tools and resources available globally.  Phase 2 of the portal, to be launched the end of February, will see the introduction of a Partner Forum and more blogs with the goal to get feedback directly from you.  We want to hear what’s working and more importantly what isn’t and any recommendations that you have to make our program even better.  I encourage you to visit the site and let us know what you think by sending us an email at msisv@microsoft.com.
