We want to foster innovation. That’s why we’re honouring the Canadian ISV community with the Blue Sky Award, a Microsoft initiative designed to celebrate exciting new ideas and the leading edge applications they inspire. The Blue Sky award is about celebrating ambition, passion and potential; the ambition to grow a business, the passion to impact the software industry and the potential to reshape the world with these bold new ideas.

This award is open to all ISV's in Canada that have yet to achieve the Microsoft Certified or Gold Certified status. 

The Blue Sky Award winner receives a customed engagement plan that will support continuing software development and accessibility within Microsoft. The winner will also get increased market visibility among key executives and investors, allowing them to take their innovation to an entirely new level.

Submissions for the award are open until May 15th, 2008 with the winner announced at the ISV Leadership Summit on June 5th 2008.
