It didn't take long for me to discover the first issue... Nothing big and it's a quick fix.
When installing the eService Accelerator Sample Application on a 64bit host machine, and who wouldn't, remember to copy the 64 bit SDK files to the bin directory of the sample app, or else you will get a BadImageException when trying to go to the page.
