Jason Zander has a great list of the top 12 Visual Studio 2012 features here (you see what he did there?), after that I would suggest of course getting a copy and trying it out for yourself. Hit up the Visual Studio downloads page or if you are an MSDN subscriber you can download it from your MSDN Subscriber Downloads. Finally, you should attend the Virtual Launch Event on September 12, where you’ll get to learn all about the new capabilities in VS 2012.

Sexy? You have to be kidding. If the UI has not been updated since the RC, it is perhaps Microsoft's biggest UI design blunder ever.
@Richard There is a great post on MSDN about some of the design changes which were made as a direct result of beta feedback (blogs.msdn.com/.../visual-studio-11-user-interface-updates-coming-in-rc.aspx). What are some of the design changes that you disagree with?
