Understanding SQL Azure

Well you can, it's called SQL Azure Database. In this session, you’ll get an overview of SQL Azure and you’ll discover that if you know how to develop SQL Server database applications, you already have everything you need to get started with SQL Azure. Securing, Connecting, and Scaling
After you’ve learned about the core Windows Azure services, there are several questions that might come to mind. For instance, how do you authenticate and authorize users for your application? How can you connect and send messages to tiers of your application? How can you scale out your application to realize the benefits of cloud computing? In this session, you’ll discover the answers to these questions while learning about additional services and features used for building secure, connected, and scalable applications.
