There is an identified issue with the Windows Home Server Product ID keys shipped in the recent October Microsoft Action Pack Subscription kits not working correctly.
To ensure you are able to use the included software right away, you can receive an updated PID by contacting the Canadian Regional Service Center. Updated PID keys for will be shipped in the next quarterly update kit for you.
