We know that small businesses are often faced with minimal IT support and resources - they need easy to implement and affordable IT solutions. To help you support your small business customers transition to Windows Vista easily we are pleased to be bringing Windows Vista Small Business Assurance to Canada.

Windows Vista Small Business Assurance is an offer designed to help small businesses move to Windows Vista with confidence. The offer provides small business customers with free support to help them get the most out of their PCs. Trained representatives will:

  • Help small business customers with Windows Vista questions
  • Provide compatibility assistance for applications and devices
  • Point out key features, and when necessary
  • Provide detailed technical support for customers who need help working through a compatibility issue or configuring Windows Vistaimage

Small businesses customers who buy new PCs with Windows Vista Business or Windows Vista Ultimate between July 1st and December 31st, 2008 qualify for Windows Vista Small Business Assurance. Windows Vista Small Business Assurance support will be available through January 31, 2009.

We are also actively promoting SBSC partners on the offer website, ensuring small business customers looking for a customized solution are able to find the right partner for their needs.
