Since 2003, Microsoft Canada replaced all of its previous technology partner awards with a unified program that also recognizes customer service, marketing, and contribution to the community. Microsoft Canada has outlined 26 categories to honour the achievements of top technology partners. Microsoft Partner Program IMPACT Awards are open to all Technology partners of the Microsoft Partner Program.

The Small Business Specialist award honors a member of the Small Business Specialist Community who demonstrates innovation for deploying a small business Microsoft-based solution (fewer than 50 employees or fewer than 25 PCs) with a tangible impact on the customer’s business.

Congratulations once again to ITNorth.ca Network and Consulting Service in winning the 2008 Small Business Specialist of the Year award for their impactful and well-positioned small business solution utilizing Small Business Server, Exchange, ISA, and SQL Server to their best abilities in industries and municipalities. As well to the more than 30 SBSC’s that were finalist in 2008. Click here to see the Video of the 2008 Impact awards Ceremony

All winners and finalists received PR kits providing them with logos, banners, press releases, and materials to leverage their success in these prestigious awards for their marketing efforts. Winners will also receive personal videos showing their awards presentation at the ceremony. Lastly, in December the award winners will be highlighted nationally in Canadian Business magazine.

This is a significant opportunity for you as a Microsoft partner, and one you should seriously consider involving yourself in for 2010.
