“A day in the life of a VSTS Developer” by Shea Strickland & Anthony Borton - 30th Aug 2006

Venue: Level 2 Multimedia Building (G23), Theater 2.07A
            Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus
Time:   6pm

Esteemed would-be story teller, Anthony Borton, teams up again with the Gold Coast’s very own Shea Strickland to tell the tale of “A day in the life of a VSTS Developer”. The story starts as Shea arrives at work and receives an email notification telling him his work items have been modified by Mr Dick Tator, his Project Manager. Shea opens the email and the tale begins…”

This session provides a walkthrough of many of the day to day tasks enacted by members of software development teams across the world. Attendees will see how Visual Studio Team System provides much more than just a development environment for coders - it provides tools for most members of the project team including project managers, architects, developers and testers. This session is an update on the entertaining presentation delivered by Anthony and Shea at Code Camp Oz earlier in the year and should not be missed.
