Sorry about the late notice (long day)

Gregg Principal Program Manager on the Team Foundation Server Work Item Team (and one of my favorite VSTS presenters) will be doing his TechEd presentation tomorrow to a couple of the VSTS MVPs and thought other people might be interested in watching this session too.

Session Title: DPR307 Tough Lessons Learned As a Software Project Manager

With over 13 years of managing Software Projects, Gregg Boer, Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, has learned more than a few lessons the hard way in regards to managing software projects. This session covers practical tips that greatly increase success and real-life lessons learned "in the trenches" of getting software projects out the door. It covers topics such as planning, communication, change control, risk management, defining exit criteria, managing bugs, and more. This is not an in-depth session covering the academia of each of these topics, but advice from someone who has been there, done that, sometimes failed, and learned.
