And seriously, OneNote is a great product. It will probably be the main reason I end-up upgrading to Office 12!

Michael: Yes, a vast well coordinated conspiracy. THAT's the most likely answer...

Actually, we just suck. The guy running the contest in marketing moved to another team in marketing and so although the judging is complete the results and tools aren't posted. The work was handed off to someone on my team (in program management) who has been too busy on OneNote 12 to make much progress on this other than corresponding with the winners and semi-finalists about getting a few bugs out of their tools before we post them, but I think you'll see something Real Soon Now.

As for Darron and his PowerToys, it's a mystery. His site disappeared and then another fellow (AdminID) tried to host the tools since he has the full setup files and apparently Darron contacted him and asked him to stop. I've tried to reach Darron but no response. Bummer.

It has been awhile since this contest ran. When will we see these powertoys? And why were some that were once posted by individuals now removed?

It is all a bit frustrating. One begins to wonder if this is all a ploy to make us wait for OneNote 12....

2 new features I would use:
(1) have excel and word sheets in OneNote e.g. think of a project-oriented notebook that could be shared around;
(2) OneNote avail for Palm OS. I know this is blasphemy for MSFT, but lots of users would find it helpful

It would be great to be able to send comments/clips to onenote directly from adobe acrobat directly rather than to print them to the one note image writer so that automatic referencing/links could be generated

I particularly like your suggestions 1 and 4. Maybe, wouldbe onenote powertoy developers could have a gander at zoot’s zooter (www.zootsoftware.com) as it is a pretty slick way to get data in and out of an application easily.
