I do agree that somehow if a user is going to use IE as their browsers. Microsoft needs to figure out a way to get most users on the most recent one. Of course the one big problem Microsoft created itself was limiting IE9 to Vista and Windows 7. Considering how poorly Vista was implemented and Windows 7 is still being adopted. I think Microsoft did a miss step when it did not support XP at least partially with IE9. So adopting IE9 not only is reliant on companies accepting IE9 and its issues. But also that it must adopt Windows 7 and all of its issues. A not so small task for any IT department. &lt;/p&gt;

We have many 2003 servers that apparently will never get IE9 so we will probably have to install another browser. &lt;/p&gt;
