&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#39;re using NLB on W2K8. &amp;nbsp;We&amp;#39;ve noticed that we adjust the &amp;quot;load weight&amp;quot; of a single server (usually down) on a running website, all connections to that server are broken.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Should it work this way???&lt;/p&gt;
