In-line Diff View on Pull Requests

Continuing our improvements for pull requests, we now default to an in-line diff view for pull requests with support for comments.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a few bugs related to comment placement for Pull Requests
  • Fixed activity page on user profile page under SSL
