I am the CRM community guru and site manager for the User Experience team and own the Web and community experience for the Microsoft Dynamic CRM customers. I manage the CRM Team blog, CRM forums on MSDN, Facebook Microsoft Dynamics CRM group and Twitter. I am also the CRM MVP product team lead responsible for coordinating the efforts of our talented CRM MVPs who are located all over this blue marble.
Prior to this assignment I worked as a technical writer, tools programmer, programmer writer, and documentation manager for such teams as Windows NT, Exchange, BackOffice and for seven years as the SDK Doc Manager for the Visual Studio team. I also blog at A CRM Riff.

My wife, Suzy (Eb and Bb soprano clarinet, soprano, alto, tenor, and bari sax), and I (sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor, bari, bass sax, clarinet, and bass clarinet) can often be found playing for the Pacific Cascade Big Band, the Microsoft Jazz Band and my fledgling Dissonance a jazz x-tet where x equals the number of players who show up.

So to help disambiguate between folks, I long ago assumed my Microsoft alias as my name. Many of my friends have been calling me JaAG for going on 18 years. So I've come to terms with it. ;o)
