Bio - Todd Merrell

Hi! I am Todd Merrell.  I am the manager of the CRM training team.  Our team creates instructor led training, e-learning, and certification exams.  I have been with the team since November of 2005.  The seven years prior to this, I held numerous positions within Microsoft learning including stints as program manager, content development manager, and group program manager.
 
In my spare, I like to travel.  I have been to almost every state in the union.  I am an avid sports fan.  I am firm believer that the Seattle Seahawks will make the super bowl again and that my alma mater, the USC fighting Trojans will reclaim a national championship.
