Jim is a programmer/writer on the Microsoft CRM Community and Content Strategy team. He creates content and samples for the SDK.
After 8 years teaching in Japan, Jim started working with CRM as a technical support engineer at Onyx in 1998. He moved into the training team at Onyx and then joined another local software company to help with their CRM implementation project. Jim joined Microsoft in 2002 in order to work with Microsoft CRM. He developed training content and certification exams for Microsoft CRM 1.0, 1.2 and 3.0. Jim proposed and developed the first Extending Microsoft Dynamics training course for CRM 3.0.
Since joining the Community and Content Strategy team, Jim wrote help content and resource center articles for the customization area of the application for Microsoft CRM 4.0. For Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Jim prepared SDK content on Solutions, Form Programming and customizing the ribbon, amongst other topics.
Jim lives in Sammamish with his wife and son. When not spending time with them he likes to fish, read history, and write tools for Microsoft CRM.
