A frequent request I see from customers is how to view the CRM Parent Account field on their contacts synchronized from CRM to Outlook. The data is there, but on a user-defined field and not the Company field. Hi Jason, i have looked through the workaround with regards to this problem. May i ask if this means that by doing this, all the fields in the Parent Account, including the Company Name Field to be updated as well?
Under CRM 4.0 - the Outlook Contact's "Company Name" field is an option to be "updated" by the synched CRM Contact's "Parent Account" value. This option is set under the CRM Outlook Synch option area.
