  • I would like to know how to test a created MS CRM queue.  We have created a queue for a user and have sent her emails to test the queue but the emails aren't showing up in the queue.  Will you please explain what we are doing wrong or what we need to do?

    We upgrade to MS-CRM 4.0 and all emails are arriving into the "In Progress" queue.

    what should we do in order to receive all emails into the "Assigned" queue?

    we have the same problem after we upgraded to MS-CRM 4.0 (before on CRM 3.0 all emails arrived into the "Assigned Q") some of the emails arriving into "Assigned Q" and some arriving into "In Progress".

    Does any one know how to received all emails in the "Assigned" Q only?

    I tried deleting the queue item and it actually deletes the queue item from CRM, not from the queue. I selected the In Progress Queue item, selected the record and clicked on the delete X button. How can I just delete it from the In Progress Queue and not CRM?
