My name is Aditya Varma and I am a member of the performance team in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product team. I joined Microsoft as an intern 3 ½ years ago and liked the performance work and joined the company full time as a performance engineer for CRM.

I know it’s a stereotype to say this for a Seattleite but my favorite past time is to hang out in coffee shops over a laptop. Yes, I am that guy sitting in the corner immersed in his own digital world. Apart from that I love the outdoors and do a yearly pilgrimage of the Mt Rainier trails and hit the snow slopes in the winter. I stay true to the sportsman in me by playing softball, ultimate Frisbee, flag football and soccer during the summer.

Hey Aditya, i need some assistanec from you, that would help me most.

I need to do performance testing on the microsoft dynamic crm 2011.

1)what tool do we use for this?

2)can we use loadrunner?

3)In case of using it as a plugin to the outlook, how can i implement performance testing on it?

4)I see Microsoft CRM 3.0 Performance Testing Toolkit but i never seen Microsoft CRM 2011 Performance Testing Toolkit, do we ave anyting specific to 2011?

5)Is that we can only do performance testing with VISUALSTUDIO?if yes whic version is it 2005 or 2008 or 2010?
