What is VM Express? I heard that question a lot after people read my blog post announcing the new VPC. I guess I was assuming that most our partners were either using or familiar with the Microsoft Dynamics Virtual Machine Demonstration Toolkit.
The purpose of this toolkit is to enable Microsoft Dynamics partners to install and update virtual machine images in the most efficient manner possible. Using Prowess VM Express, your initial install of the toolkit places a master file that contains all the data necessary to recreate any of the Microsoft Dynamics virtual machines or other items listed in the VM Express catalog. Any items that are added to the catalog after this DVD set was manufactured will take advantage of the local master file and download smaller delta files in the background when you select a new item to be installed.
In short: VM Express is an efficient VM distribution solution designed to save time and money for people who distribute Virtual Machines.
Microsoft Dynamics VM Toolkit is available today for partners to order on PartnerSource
Training can be found on the Microsoft Partner Learning Center. Enjoy!

Thanks for the post Menno, great information.
I tried to download the toolkit using the instructions you supplied. The error "Error Loading Pricing Information" is displayed as a result of step 3 (selecting the media). I used the Europe, Middle East and Australia department.
I called Microsoft to try and resolve the issue. I spoke to 4 or 5 different people on the help desk, no one could help me. Do you have any clues?
Hi Justin, I just logged in to see if I could replicate your error. I wasn't able to do so. Not sure if this makes a difference, but login to Partner Source using Internet Explorer.
Is it possible to install only master file of CRM, or do I have to install all dynamics products' VMs. One of my friend said that I have to install all of them. If it is real, this toolkit is useless. I don't want Navision or Axapta on my computer.
Thanks for the suggestion Menno. I tried logging onto Partner Source with IE, unfortunately that did not help. I will call the Microsoft Help Desk again.
