Please think again re the lack of a downloadable copy. It's great for looking something up but hopeless for reading and digesting a long document from cover to cover.

Stephenvoe, sorry for the late reply. The Business Manager's Role is now part of the PlanningTools.zip download that is one of the downloads from the print version of the Implementation Guide at www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
