I don't see the installer executable for the Email Router component on the MSFT Download Center for UR13. Could someone please help me out?
We found a problem with the UR13 Email router package soon after it was released, Ashwin, so it was pulled from the Microsoft Download Center. A new Email router package is being tested now and will be propagated to the Download Center when testing is complete. Please check the Update Rollup 13 Download Center page periodically for its re-release. Thanks!
Thanks for the update Greg. Can we go ahead and install the other components of UR13 ahead of the Email Router component? or does the Email Router component need to be in sync with the Server and other CRM components?
Indeed yes, Ashwin, you can. Ideally the other components should be at the same servicing level, but in this case you should be fine with the Router at UR12, for example, until the UR13 Router package is re-released.
It's November now, when will UR13 Router package be available?
