Following the announcement of Windows Store App Labs, we’re excited to announce a joint Hackathon with Facebook that will take place on November 30th at Facebook HQ in Menlo Park, CA. Developers, designers and entrepreneurs are all invited. Join members of the Facebook and Windows engineering teams to learn what it takes to build great Windows 8 apps that integrate with Facebook. Engineers from both companies will be on hand to support you as you explore what's possible using the Windows 8 SDK and Facebook API’s.

Building in HTML5 and Javascript? C, C++ or C#? Come learn how to build fast, native Windows 8 apps. We'll have experts on hand, sample apps and ideas to get you started, and tech sessions on Friday evening to bring you up to speed on everything you need to know. There will be prizes for some of the best apps.

App builders can find more information, agenda and registration details on the event page.
