Scrum (and Dilbert)

I don't follow Dilbert as much as I use to but every now and again when I do view them, a strip will hit pretty close to home. I've been having a lot of discussions with customers about the principles and value of Scrum as an alternative methodology to what they've been using. For people new to the concept, I always start with the classic story of the "Pig and Chicken" and then start diving deeper.

But when the reference of the Pig and Chicken story shows up in a daily Dilbert cartoon, does this mean that Scrum has become extremely mainstream?

I don't know, but it does seem like more people know about Scrum than before and no longer just treating it as fade methodology. Or maybe they like pork products more than poultry.

Excelsior!
