&lt;p&gt;TFS is included in any edition of visual Studio with MSDN.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you&amp;#39;re not a MSDN subscriber, you can purchase the server TFS itself and a CAL (Client access license) to connect.&lt;/p&gt;
