I ran 4.8 km this morning - I needed to - and I feel better for it.

Like Chris, I need to tune myself up and lose some weight.... here goes...

If you are like me and dont really like running, I recommend an MP3 player - it makes a huge difference!  I have a Creative Muvo TX 128 Mb - it was free which is nice, but I like its size (tiny) and the fact that it came with an arm band which means I dont need pockets.  It holds enough audio for a run that I can manage, so the storage capacity isn't an issue.  These things are cheap and make the running bearable. :-)
