It’s been a few days since we first talked about “Data Explorer” at PASS Summit 2011, and the response so far has been great! We’ve really enjoyed hearing your initial reactions on Twitter (@DataExplorer), Facebook and in blogs. Here’s what a few of you had to say about the announcement:
Many of you have also signed up to preview the site shortly. Here is a little bit about what to expect out of that process. Everyone who has signed up via the “Data Explorer” signup site will eventually receive an activation code, which will allow access to the service when it becomes available. We will start sending out activation codes in late November. Activation codes will be delivered via email to the address you provided on the signup page. While it’s our goal to get everyone onboard and using the service as soon as possible, we’ll be distributing activation codes in batches over time to help us make sure everyone has a great experience. We know waiting isn’t fun, but we’ll try to ease the pain by communicating as much as possible as we ramp up the service.
In the meantime, we hope you find our blog posts interesting. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns using our Forums as well.
