I'm toying with the idea of writing a document on techniques for producing quality Silverlight video. As part of my research, I've been spending time looking at various freely available documents and came across this standout resource published by Quantel (who basically invented modern broadcast graphics) called The Digital Fact Book. Part dictionary, part editorial, the Fact Book is a must read for anyone involved in video.
