Happy Halloween everyone! Today, I thought I'd add my voice to the excitement surrounding the
Visual Studio 2005 / .NET Framework v2 / .NET Compact Framework v2 release
.
On the subject of version 2 of the .NET Compact Framework, I have to say that this is the finest release ever. This release provides
improved performance
, an expanded feature set (ex: Direct3D Mobile, MSMQ, etc) and
compatibility
with version 1 applications.
There are a number of ways to get the new release:
