I was reading the other day a marketing site and found this interesting slide on purchasing intent.
Although this is predominantly with respect to measuring online performance, I think its a good way of looking and analysing whether I'm doing a good job of keeping the customers I work with informed.
Awareness (breadth), consideration (product review) and favourably (internal buzz) are key. If you are one of the customers I assist please let me know how I am doing! All feedback appreciated!
