Version 1.3 of the Ecma spec has been published as of today.  It's a huge document, with lots of detailed information for Open XML developers.

    Hey Doug, it's actually "Draft 1.3", not "Version 1.3"... :-)

    It's a "working draft" until the technical committee is done and Ecma officialy votes on it and approves it as a standard.
