&lt;p&gt;The problem I have is with the largest document:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;tc45-2006-338.pdf&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This document is 43Mb, so takes a long time to load and navigate.&lt;/p&gt;
