Woohoo! I'm on slashdot http://slashdot.org/articles/05/03/24/1352211.shtml

I would like to clarify a few things quickly before I run off to work.

  1. I did not say that IE was not part of Windows. IE is an essential part of windows, as parts of the OS and other applications rely on the functionality.
  2. Thanks for pointing out the typo in my original post which I've corrected. I did not have http://www.iespell.com installed on the machine I posted from.
  3. One comment asks that we change in IE7 to not run IE in the kernel. I'm not sure where this person gets their information but IE does not and has never run in the kernel.

I have to get to work now. There are a few good comments coming in, keep them coming.
