As we think about where the future of commerce experiences will lead us, I think it is important to understand that consumer entertainment paradigms will continue to intersect with opportunities for brands to transact with customers.  There are a number of entertainment paradigms that are taking shape in ways that I believe will shape the future of commerce experiences.  To name a couple, natural user interfaces and the convergence of TV, PC and mobile experiences into a multi-screen entertainment ecosystem.  These trends will influence customer expectations of retailers in meaningful ways.
