Now that Beta 1 is publicly available, I've put a download link in for the original announcement (you'll get a link here too). There are also a bunch of updated resources besides the release itself that you may want to take a look at though. The usual suspects are samples, documentation, and training kits for the beta.

This release is paired with the beta for Visual Studio 2010.
